Yesterdays "wader of the day" at #LytchettFields was this Bar-tailed Godwit , we generally get a few through September/October but this one came closer to the viewpoints than I've seen before at the fields. Just a shame the light was poor!pic.twitter.com/mxBPRHnakm
Juvenile Ringed Plover at #LytchettFields. This bird has been around a few days now, originally with a couple of adults but they have moved on leaving this one to hang around with the Dunlin and Stintspic.twitter.com/kEKsoNIUaA
Ended up with 202 Meadow Pipits and still moving when I left at midday, I also wasn't concentrating on them and more were moving on Frenches side where I spent much less time so this number is a low estimate!
